	San Montano is a private estate by the sea halfway between Sorrento and Massa Lubrense. You can reach both areas in a few minutes by car/bus. The estate is composed of villas and apartments and the one we are proposing is at few meters away from another villa we manage (have a look at reference V435). In the living area, you have a very characteristic arched panoramic window. From the same living area, you have access to an ample terrace with view of the island of Capri, equipped with sunbeds, table and chairs. At about 5 minutes walking there is a small pebble and rocky beach where you have free of charge the use of sunbeds. Bus stop at the entrance to the estate.

	This complex includes studio and two-roomed apartments. The communal areas are two: the swimming pool of 50 square metres and a large panoramic terrace with bar (where you can have breakfast) equipped with tables and chairs and sunbeds. The terrace overlooks the bay and the city of Naples and the centre of Sorrento below, which can be reached by bus or car in 10 minutes. All apartments have a small terrace and air-conditioning. The residence is open all year and provides good service at a price that we judge as being reasonable.

	This splendid villa of 150 square meters with private swimming pool and garden, has a good position because it's only 7 Km away from Sorrento, 14 Km from Positano and only 100 meters from the pretty village of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi with its many restaurants ("Don Alfonso" one of the most prestigious in Europe), bars, shops and the warmth of the local people who will guarantee an unforgettable holiday! It is good to remember that famous writers, musicians and poets have all sojourned in Sant'Agata attracted by the many enchanting views that one can admire, by the countryside and by the fresh air which one can breathe. In about 20 minutes by car or bus you can reach the sea where you will find enchanting pebble beaches with restaurants where you will be able to taste fresh fish dishes, wine and local specialities. The village centre and the bus stop to Sorrento and Positano is at 100 meters, train station to Pompeii and Herculaneum at 7 Km, port with hydrofoils to the Island of Capri, Ischia, Procida and Naples at a distance of 7 Km.

	We offer a very panoramic apartment within an elegant residential complex. The residence, which you enter by means of an automatic gate, has little pathways full of magnificent bouganvillea, geraniums, mediterranean parfumes... the swimming pool is fabulous, seems to be suspended between earth and sky, dominating the Positano's sea. Shops and beaches a few minutes away, bus stop at 100 meters. Amalfi, Sorrento and Capri at only few kilometres away.

	Tastefully furnished studio apartment with well kept garden. Having air-conditioning/heating it guarantees a pleasant stay in any month of the year. The studio apartment of about 45sqm is the annex of a villa but has independant entrance and garden. The centre of Sorrento, which is at about 3,5 Km away, can be reached in a few minutes by bus or car. The bus stop is at approx. 150m. In a relatively short time you reach other touristic areas of the peninsula: Massa Lubrense, Sant'Agata, the beach of Marina del Cantone, the port of Sorrento where you can get hydrofoils to the island of Capri plus Naples.
